"Reasonable prices", "well-maintained" digs that include indoor and outdoor pools, and a "location near lots of shopping and restaurants" but "away from the hustle and bustle of Sixth Street" recommend this "pleasant" Marriott offspring; even if the "average" service, dining and amenities make it "unexceptional", it's a "good value" for most.

Proximity to the arboretum shopping center.
Too far from the university of Texas; room was far from elevator.
It was quite adequate -
I just wished we had been closer to the university and downtown Austin as that is where we spent most of our time.
